How to make Stuffed Puff Pastry Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g Puff pastry
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Semolina
- 60 g Fried onion
- 60 g Fried eggplant
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic (powder)
- 100 g Gouda cheese
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
PREPARATION:
- Cut the pastry into a square shape.
- Flatten the pastry. (1 cm thick)
- Spread the butter on the pan.
- Put 1 tsp Garlic powder and 1 tsp Semolina on the pan.
- Put the pastry in the pan and then layer the rest of the products.
- Close the puff pastry.
- Put in the oven in 180° for 25 min.
