How To Make A ‘Beer Nuggets’ Recipe
- 230 g chicken breast cut into thick straps
- 400-450 g beer
- 300 g flour
- 300g cornflour
- 40 g paprika
- 30 g crushed garlic
- Canola oil
- Boil the oil in a pot to 180°.
- Blend the flour, cornflour, paprika, salt and beer into a smooth mash.
- Dip the chicken straps in the mash.
- Deep fry in the pot with the hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until the straps are golden.
