29 – Members Have to Show Up for Events

The Hells Angels aren’t just like a neighborhood book club. If a person decides to join, they are part of the group. That means that the club becomes the most important thing. If someone commits to showing up, they better be there. If a person isn’t willing to do that, they won’t be allowed to join or stay a member for long.

If someone misses an even, there is no such thing as an excuse. The club sees the members as family and they believe in traditional family values. If someone says they’ll show they had better be there. Skipping out is seen as disrespectful. Prospective or member, anyone being part of the group had better be there.
