Celery Salad With Dates And Pecans Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 10 thinly sliced celery.
- 4 lettuce leaves torn to bite-size pieces.
- 1 cup of parsley chopped.
- 1/2 cup of chopped chives.
- 5 Dates chopped.
- 10 chopped pecans.
Sauce Preperation:
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil.
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice.
- 1 Teaspoon maple syrup.
- Salt.
Preparation:
- Mix the salad ingredients in the bowl.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl or shake in a jar. Pour over the salad, stir and serve.
