Baked Zucchini Pancakes With Spiced Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 1 kg zucchini
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
For Spicy Yogurt:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 10 mint leaves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- Salt
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- Grate the zucchini and garlic on a grater. Add oil, thyme, salt and egg and mix well.
